    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for giving a detailed answer. However, I am concerned to note that the rationing of electricity is affecting industries. That is like cutting your throat to spite your face. I was wondering whether the Ministry is aware of Vision 2030 goals and the importance of one of the most important economic pillars - that is the industries. If you are now killing the industries, how are you going to generate wealth? Is there no other way to cut power elsewhere and give industries regular power, instead of the eight hours or five hours a day? You are breaking the back of the industries!"
