    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that solar power is one of the most readily available sources of electricity. However, it may only be sufficient to run the homes and, to this end, my Ministry has made sufficient arrangements to provide off-grid power supplies to areas that are far off from the grid, and to areas that are not within the connectivity that we have. We are also working with development partners to fund the solar energy programme. I think that within no time, we will finalize the programme. Thereafter, we will avail it to Kenyans. They will then enjoy electricity from solar power."
