    "content": "In the last Parliament, which had 222 hon. Members, 94 Members were in the Government as Ministers and Assistant Ministers. They were not in any Committee of the 10th Parliament. Looking at both coalitions we came to the conclusion that if we use the numbers that we have now, some Members of Parliament will miss a place in Committees. Under the Presidential system and under the new governance structure that we have, committees of the House are the most important. They are the nerve centre of governance in Parliament. We do not have the Government in Parliament, and so the Committee Chairpersons and hon. Members will play a bigger role than they did in the last Parliament."
