    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is obviously a good effort to keep diplomatic relations warm with all countries, not only in Africa, but in the whole world. Could the Assistant Minister tell us whether the Government is, therefore, saying that the court orders that are executed by our judicial system do not hold any water when it comes to diplomatic States? Is this a precedent being set that we will never listen to our courts? Does it mean that our courts are not superior in terms of the final word on issues that deal with international protocols with regard to our country?"
