I am just wondering whether the Assistant Minister is in order to indicate that it is within the power of this House to move such a measure when he knows that taxation measures--- Any law touching on taxation has to be originated and processed by the Treasury. The Assistant Minster, in sharing collective responsibility, should even be giving an assurance to this House that the Ministry of Energy will be liaising with the Treasury to initiate the legislative measure required for that kind of relief for the REA."
