I know that part of what we are going to be doing is to agree on how that VAT may be levied or removed from within the Ministry. But that is something we are still discussing. However, I want to assure the hon. Member that we are going to do exactly that, to ensure that we do not create unnecessary hurdles for Kenyans to access electricity."
