Is he in order to refer to that money, yet yesterday, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance said that it was upon the Ministries to see where they are going to reduce their budgets to get that money? Is he in order to refer to that as being in place yet it depends on whether the Ministries are going to get the money or not?"
