    "content": "while. I have seen such good intentions not working in other countries before because of poor implementation. Hon. Deputy Speaker, the President also talked about restructuring the Government. It is very important that he lives up to that promise, and truly shows us how he is going to restructure the Government. One of the greatest shortcomings in this country has been the wasteful nature of Government. Some of my colleagues, who have already contributed to this Motion, have alluded to the fact that we have so many Commissions and so many other bodies duplicating roles. A lot of funds go to those bodies yet those funds could be used in productive ways. Even the persons serving in those bodies could be used in more productive ways to help us, as a country."
