    "content": "Motion was tabled here about health. Were we to make health services free to all the poor and vulnerable, it would be very good. However, is it achievable? Are there hidden costs? Where will the Government get all the money when the taxman’s revenue is reducing? When we talk about free maternity healthcare and free medical services, it will be good for the poor of this country. Let it be free, indeed. Let it not be like the Free Primary Education (FPE), where parents pay some hidden charges, yet it is called “FPE”. About distribution of water, we know that water is a vital resource to everybody. There is a pipeline that runs from Masinga to Kitui Town. It is called Masinga Pipeline. Water passes through so many residences in so many constituencies, yet the people there cannot access that water. The water ends up in Kitui Town. All these people have equal opportunities and responsibilities. They have their own rights. These are the things I want the President to address very soon, so that this water is distributed to those who have missed it. On Cabinet appointments and others that will come in the House for vetting, I would urge the President not to bring piecemeal nominations, so that we look at the gender and regional---"
