    "content": "Secondly, on infrastructure, His Excellency said that he was going to put more emphasis there; I do not know whether those constituencies that were hived from the biggest constituencies get the Economic Stimulus Programme (ESP) funds apart from the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF). This is because for those constituencies like Ganze, it is a shame that there is not even a CDF office. All offices are in the other constituencies which they were depending on and so there is absolutely nothing in Ganze. So, apart from the CDF that will be given to the constituencies that were hived off bigger constituencies, they should be considered separately because the CDF amount is never going to be enough, considering the poor state of roads."
