    "content": "the whole House to Starehe Constituency. For those who do not know, this is part of my constituency and I want to welcome you. I also want to thank the people of Starehe. This is the third time that they have voted me to be their Member of Parliament. I want to thank them most sincerely for electing me. I want to promise them that I will work hard to make sure that I deliver the promises that I made to them. On the Presidential Speech, it is one of the best Speeches that I have heard in this House. This is my third term in this House and I have witnessed many speeches from previous Presidents. I do not want to dwell much on that, but I want to dwell on the achievements attained during the few days that the Head of State has been in office. What has this man done for this country for the few days he has been in office? He has brought this country together. We are united. We can speak in this House as friends. He has shown that he has wisdom to bring the entire country together. He started by inviting the CORD leader for a cup of tea to State House. I want to thank him for that first meeting. I also want to thank the leader of CORD for accepting to take tea in State House. They should have many cups of tea, so that we can have peace in this country. I would have liked to raise many issues, for instance, in relation to the youth and women fund."
