    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I rise to second this Motion and emphasize that the Committee on Procedure and House Rules considered the very important duty of each and every hon. Member seated in this House. Every hon. Member should get an opportunity to play an oversight role in all the activities that are conducted by different departments and ministries in this country. For that purpose, and knowing the large size of the House right now, the Committee felt that it is necessary to do recommendations in terms of the increase as was read by my good colleague who read the recommendations of the Committee. In addition to that, the Committee felt it necessary also to consider and bring before the hon. Members of this House the amendments to take care of the absence of our Speaker and Deputy Speaker. They might be away due to other public engagements out"
