    "content": "On the amendment to Standing Order No.18, strictly as a lawyer, I would like to suggest that instead of renumbering them as Standing Order No.18 (1) and Standing Order No.18(2), we adjoin the proposed amendment to the existing substantive paragraph by using the words “provided that”. That is the language we use in legal drafting."
