    "content": "On a point of order, Hon. Speaker, Sir. Is the hon. Member in order to mislead the House that if an oversight committee is dominated by the coalition that is in the Government will not be exercising oversight? I think it is only in order to inform the House that an oversight committee is a committee of the House and the oversight that, that committee provides is not oversight over the Legislature, but is oversight over the Executive; none of the hon. Members of this House is a member of the Executive. It is, therefore, in order for the ruling coalition to be dominant, and to actually have a majority; we really worked hard to be the ruling coalition; if they did not work hard, that should not be brought to us in this House. We are in order to dominate that committee, and, therefore, the hon. Member should not be misleading the House."
