So, I think it is incumbent upon the House leadership--- We want to appeal to Members that where you want may not be where we shall put you, but it should be incumbent upon us to put Members where it shall help further the course of legislation in this House. I want to talk to the issue of watchdog Committees being in minority leadership myself. We have said time and again that we want to work with the majority side. My friend who just spoke before me said something very interesting and that is the way it should be. Nobody here is in the Executive. The primary role of Parliament is to oversight the Executive. For the last two weeks, however, the public has been treated to something very interesting. The Leader of the Majority Party keeps saying, “We shall appoint a Cabinet this way, or we shall appoint people this way.” So, if he is not in the Executive why is he talking for the Executive in the Chamber?"
