Is the Minister aware that the Kenya Forest Service (KFS) personnel at Lake Kenyatta are demanding Kshs50 for each head of cattle that moves in? They do not have a problem with the cattle entering the forest, but they are demanding Kshs50 despite the drought situation. What is the Minister going to do in order to waive the Kshs50 fee? Can he confirm whether that Kshs50 fee is legal and should be paid to the KFS?"
