Speaker, Sir, I have heard you talking about relevance, but allow me, this being my maiden speech, to talk about something that was talked about during the debate on the Presidential Address. It is about the housing issue. I think the President made it very clear--- As you know, since the violence of 1992 the people of Nakuru have been migrating and housing has been a problem. I want to thank you for when you were making your speech upon your election you made it very clear that the Tenth Parliament passed very many governance laws that were supposed to check the Executive; I think it is our responsibility now to take your advice and concentrate on the socio-economic laws that are going to transform this country from where we are right now."
