    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, Sir. The Motion is good. I want to thank the Chairman and his team for the good work. Hon. Speaker, Sir, you were advising that if a Member wants to bring an amendment he has an opportunity under the three options that we have been given by the Chairman of the Procedure and House Rules Committee. If you want to bring an amendment with regard to the two Committees, hon. Wambugu has made it very clear. The laws are clear. If they want they can bring an amendment and then mobilize their troops to have that amendment pass. As it stands now the rules are very clear. Hon. Speaker, Sir, when we came here first you told us that this is a House of rules. I never heard you telling us about traditions. If we have now to turn to traditions then as new Members we are going to get confused. I would like to support the Motion."
