"content": "Since it is the first time I am speaking since we started this Session, I seek your indulgence so that I can also address my employers. I thank the people of Kitui Rural who made it possible for me to be here. They gave me the honour to be the first Member of Parliament for the new constituency. At the same time, I thank the people of Kitui West whom I represented in the Tenth Parliament for giving me that chance to represent them. I thank them for showing confidence in me which enabled me to get the seat for Kitui Rural."
