    "content": "My constituency consists of farmers and people with small business and they can contribute some money and join the NHIF. However, you will realise that the Fund does not do a lot of marketing and, therefore, those people are not aware of what is happening. I call upon the NHIF to go to the rural areas and do a lot of marketing so that many people can join it. As the Member for Parliament for Ndia, I am called upon virtually every month to go harambees because somebody is detained in hospital or because he or she is unable to settle the medical bill. So, I call upon that Fund to perform that duty so that it can help Kenyans."
