    "content": " Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. We have lost over 300 people in Garissa since we sent out forces to Somalia. This being a national issue, my concern is very simple. What is going to happen to the families that are left behind? Is there any arrangement from the Government to ensure that these families are catered for? We have situations in this country where people are killed by gangs or by police officers and their families are left to suffer. Investigations continue forever. It is my humble request especially to the Leader of Majority Party to ensure that the affected families in Garissa are taken care of by the Government."
