"content": "on and we do not want our beautiful ladies to be harassed. We do not want anything to happen to them. So, I am talking for them. This is a national issue. It is not a joke. People are losing their lives and something needs to be done. I want to congratulate the President for giving us an opportunity to go there with the security agents and say something. Something is happening and change is coming to our people. If this continues, we will lose the whole of northern Kenya, namely, Garissa, Wajir and Mandera. We are told that security agents are doing something. Garissa is a small town and if they do this in Garissa, they should also go to Wajir and the other parts. This is a serious matter and we want the Government to deal with the issue. The people of Garissa are Kenyans and they need to be protected. Action should be taken."
