    "content": "Secondly, we will equip our police officers with the latest technology. We also want to equip them with vehicles. This is what we have been missing in the previous governments. We will improve our intelligence. I am sure that in a week’s time, this House will form the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations. This House will also form the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. You are at liberty and within the confines of the Constitution to call the Director of the NSIS. Parliament has a role to play on this. We will improve on community policing and we will ask the leaders of this country to make sure that they play a role in improving security for economic growth, prosperity and for our children to go to school."
