ChachuGanya’s query, yes, the Constitution that we passed gives the Government the sole responsibility to protect its citizens and their property. We are up to that challenge. You talked about the National Intelligence Service. I think, as a country, we must appreciate that the intelligence services have done a commendable job. You remember when our forces went to Somalia, there were a number of bomb blasts in Nairobi and other main cities. We expect NSIS to do more across the country. We expect them to do more in Garissa, Mandera and Wajir. That way, the people of Garissa, Baragoi, Baringo and urban areas will feel safe."
