Speaker, Sir, I want to tell my colleagues that we need to be committed and attend all the sessions of this House as set out in our legislative calendar because we want to pass very many Bills. We want to show Kenyans that we are really reformists. We want to reform this country; we have an agenda for our people. This country should transform from the current level of development to a higher level of development. Everybody in the continent is now looking at Kenya. Since we said that we are digital, we need to demonstrate that we are, indeed, digital. We should not just say that we are digital and then when it comes to attendance, we see scenarios similar to what we used to see in the last Parliament, when most of the time the House did not have quorum."
