    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to support this Motion. This Motion, hon. Members, touches on life. All of us, whatever we do, wherever we are, what we are pursuing is good life or life at all. It is sad to lose it just because at the time of need, you do not have the money to pay for that service. Good health and, therefore, health care, is high up in the rank of human needs. Article 43(1) (a) and Article 43(2) of the Bill of Rights in the Constitution supports that. In fact, it is now a constitutional right of every Kenyan to get better health."
