    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I want to very strongly support the Motion moved by hon. Paul Koinange, my good friend and brother for many years. I congratulate him more so for being the first hon. Member to bring a Motion by Private Notice. I would also like to thank him for doing so. This particular Motion is very deep in my heart because when I was an Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Health, I and Dr. Nyikal worked very hard to create a comprehensive medical scheme for the people of Kenya. We even went further to ensure that accident prone areas along our highways - from Voi to Machakos and all the way to Nakuru and other places, have medical facilities to deal with accident victims"
