So, if he knows that you are a wealthy client, he will always look after you in his private clinic and, of course, charge you a premium. So, there is no time set aside for poor people. The doctors do not even attend to them. People die due to negligence arising from the fact that doctors who are supposed to take care of them do not attend to them. The doctors privately make money in their own clinics."
