    "content": "Dr. Nyikal who seconded this Motion needs to tell us what happened to the medical supplies. A patient will be admitted and the next hour, he or she will go for an X- Ray from outside the hospital. For a simple lab test, you will be sent out of that medical centre. If you inquire further, you will find out that one of the personnel within the hospital is actually the proprietor of the laboratory outside the fence of that health facility. That practice must stop. Medicines are carted out of our health facilities. More often than not, you have a prescription of the same patient you admitted in the hospital. You give them a bed and because they do not have money, they do not get medication or treatment."
