"content": "We have had a lot of problems in getting our patients to health centres due to the poor state of our roads in the constituency. I join my colleagues to also support what the President proposed in his Address. He proposed to provide free medical services in dispensaries and health centres. This will help the people in the rural areas. Certain hospitals along the highway have contributed a lot to attending to road accident victims. The Government should come up with a procedure of recognizing those hospitals, so that they are encouraged. Some of them are private hospitals and they treat road accident victims free of charge. That is very good. We should encourage more to do the same. Also, some public hospitals are doing well, but some are doing very poorly."
