    "content": "When you look at the broad spectrum of this Motion, there are so many things that are attached to emergencies. There are issues to do with professionalism and the ability of our medical personnel – whom we hold in high regard – adhering to certain principles in their medical profession. This is one of the areas that we really need to look into. We should enforce professionalism in those areas. All personnel that deal with emergency care ought to be trained. They should be professionally and technically equipped so that they can attend to those emergency needs."
