    "content": "In the Kenyan context, one of the reasons why the Kenyan people vigorously fought for the enactment of the new Constitution was to entrench the rights of every individual regardless of their status, religion or race. Hon. Members of Parliament, in addition to being the national leaders of Kenya, have individual and collective rights, and these must be defended by this House."
