    "content": "On a point of information, hon. Speaker, Sir. I want to make it clear to this House that I was the Chairman of the Public Investments Committee in the last Parliament. Whenever we were making any report, it was a report of the Public Investments Committee. We were not a committee of either CORD or ODM. In most cases, you will find that Members of Parliament can form opinion based on facts presented before them during the taking of evidence. Party lines do not play any role during the taking of evidence and during the compilation of the report. Hon. Midiwo, please, do not mislead this House."
