    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Speaker, Sir. Hon. Midiwo is a senior Member of this House. For him to invoke the Standing Order he has mentioned now, he is misleading the House. There is nowhere that what is before the House is not provided for. What is before the House is expressly provided for in the Standing Orders of the House. Is he in order to give the assumption that this is not provided for in the Standing Orders? We should use the time of this House usefully. I would like you to rule on that issue."
