    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank you for giving us an opportunity to debate this issue exhaustively. Many of my colleagues who are senior have spoken. Allow us also juniors to speak on this subject. If there is any important subject, this is the most important subject so far as we are concerned in this House. I have listened to Members who have said that we are wasting time, or this is an issue which they have discussed elsewhere and that we should move on. If there is anything that has brought me to this House as a Member of minority, this is the most important issue. That is because we come here as a vanguard or a watchman of the people. If, on the first day, I lose my opportunity to be the vanguard of the people, then I have no role to sit on this side of the Speaker."
