    "content": "These two Committees have generally been causing a bit of a problem in this House from the Seventh Parliament and the other Parliaments that have been there before. There are times when the Standing Orders have clearly said that the ruling party will have the majority and it will be chaired by the Opposition and so on. So, the two Committees have, historically, been a problem in this House. So, this is not something new. I think that not being something new, it gives this House a chance to deal with the matter once and for all."
