    "content": "The issue of insecurity cannot be trivialized. We are living in a country where we are aspiring to achieve greater levels in our economic development. We cannot achieve economic development if we do not take care of our security. I would like to recite a situation in Shinyalu Constituency, specifically in Ilesi Ward, where a young entrepreneur, Allan Kisi Shisundi, was working very hard and had put up about two or three shops. Two weeks ago, he was waylaid at the doorway of one of his shops by thugs who captured him and forced him to drink poison. He has since been buried and this left all the shopkeepers and other development- conscious people, in fear."
