Members, just for the guidance of the House because, perhaps, Members may not have followed why I picked on the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party in that order, it is in compliance with Article 108 (4) of our Constitution. It states:- “The following order of precedence shall be observed in the National Assembly - (a) The Speaker of the National Assembly; (b) the Leader of the Majority Party; (c) the Leader of the Minority Party. That is just for the avoidance of doubt."
