    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. It looks like the Minister is answering his own question. The spirit of this Question is that we want to use the National Assembly to confirm that this Government is practising affirmative action in respect of marginalised community called “Turkana”. As if that is not enough, we even now have Hezron Lishenga Wabomba and Wilson Sitati being listed as Turkanas. We have Japheth Omuga Ajwang being listed as a Turkana. Surely, why do you not give us an answer for the Question we asked you, Minister? You know how much I respect you."
