    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Given the appeal by Dr. Khalwale and the interest on this matter, I am willing to consider that this Question is deferred to another day. Given that the response the Minister gave me was still on generalities; things we already know the Constitution has asked for, I was expecting more specific concrete steps towards the marginalized people from Turkana County and similar areas. I think the Minister needs to do a bit more homework. I know he does his homework and will deliver at the appropriate time. So why can both of us not do ourselves a favour and give ourselves more time?"
