But what is important for us, as we sit here today, is to enable the Jubilee Government to come up with the Budget and fulfill its promises. We are waiting for the Budget to come. What is very important for us as we do this is that we have all come from counties. None of us has come from outside the counties. It is very critical that as we look at the Bills we also look at the allocation of funds. But the people in the Treasury have already reduced the amount. We hope we are not going to do this and they repeat the same mistakes. With those few remarks, hon. Members, let us support this Motion. We can move on and get the Estimates, discuss them, scrutinize them and make sure that, since we come from the counties, our counties get money. Thank you, hon. Speaker. I support."
