    "content": "The three mandates are to represent the people who brought us to Parliament, to legislate and oversee. I want to go on record that the role of overseeing is not the preserve of a particular group in this House. Jubilee Members of Parliament, whether in the oversight coalition, whether in the oversight committees of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and Public Investments Committee (PIC) or whether in the Departmental Committees or in the Senate, their role is to legislate, oversee and represent. That cannot and will never be circumvented by any group."
