    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, next week the following Motions have also been lined up for debate:- The Motion by hon. Ekwe Ethuro urging the Ministry of Water and Irrigation to allocate 10 per cent of its budget to all constituencies in equal proportions and another 10 per cent of the budget to the northern Kenya and ASAL constituencies. There is also the Motion by hon. (Eng.) Nicholas Gumbo, urging the Ministry of Education to establish a department to facilitate, co-ordinate, source and receive funds for a national programme to distribute sanitary towels to all school going girls in primary and secondary schools in Kenya."
