Today, it has rained in most of those places and there is rush green grass, but there are no cattle to feed on it. The Government has been quick in addressing the problems facing the tea, coffee, pyrethrum and sugar-cane sectors. Why has it been very slow in addressing the plight of livestock farmers?"
