    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, we are facing another problem of cattle diseases; it is a major problem in our area. We have the foot and mouth disease. We have trypanosomiasis. We have other diseases, which are really affecting the livestock farmers. We have people who are employed by the Government as Livestock Extension Officers on the ground, but none of them have facilities. They do not have vehicles. They do not have vaccines. They do not have what it takes to do their work, yet the Government continues to pay these people salaries."
