    "content": "In the Tenth Parliament, we spoke about insecurity in Turkana many times that it left us wondering why it was becoming almost impossible for the security agencies to deal with it. In our last debates, it was apparent that the security system in Turkana was not adequate and, therefore, there was a call for our armed forces to occupy the area in an effort to protect the people of Turkana. However, when I listened to the Member, and I hear that those who are now attacking people of Turkana are coming from a neighbouring country; a country that we know, it shocks me that we have not heard from the security agencies that are responsible, on what they intend to do.
