    "content": "With regard to this issue which is a big concern to very many of us, I would like to say that there are very many factors contributing to insecurity in this country. It is unfortunate because we find that very many people who live near the borders are not sure whether they will be alive the next day. We have seen many strangers, people coming into the country illegally and you wonder where they pass. I request that we have security measures along our borders. We also need to look into the issue of floods. People are drowning in rivers because of the heavy rains. The rainy season comes back after many months yet nothing is done. We have seen people dying on the roads. There is insecurity even in matatus . We always get news about people dying on our roads. What are we doing about these"
