    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. I want to thank my friend from Turkana West for bringing this Motion because people are losing lives. It is so painful when we speak about insecurity all the time. There is no session that hon. Members have not raised motion for adjournment to discuss insecurity in this country. We want to urge the Government that even as we discuss the Budget, they should deliberately allocate more money to the police force. This is because as we speak about insecurity, the police force does not have enough facilities and equipment. They are not facilitated to deliver. So, we should try to allocate enough money in the Budget. We have talked several times about security roads because for the police force to deliver, we must provide them with facilities. We must create roads. There are roads, for example, in my own constituency because we border South Turkana, that link us. For those roads, we must allocate enough"
