    "content": "I want to inform this House that when there is an incident, we are very quick to form commissions to deal with such issues. Maybe we should move a Motion that a commission be instituted that is going to deal specifically with the issue of cattle rustling so that it is addressed by a commission. This will ensure that we come up with recommendations and lay them on the Table of this House so that the Government can implement them."
