    "content": "I know we have had cases where parents have been attacked and women have been rendered widows and children have been left orphans. I have not seen even one case where the Government has come up with support to communities. If we had enough money in our budget to take care of the children and widows, or to give property to communities, then, maybe, the Government would feel the pinch. It would realize that a lot of money is spent and take care of security issues better."
